Levitate untouched viable cells of interest with LeviSelect
LeviSelect™ Depletion and Enrichment Kits provide a fast and efficient method to deplete a specific cell type away from a mixture of cells or remove several unwanted cell populations. Enrich for untouched viable specific cells of interest (negative selection) while unwanted cells remain in the LeviCell cartridge. In both kit types, the cells of interest remain label-free, ensuring cells are not perturbed.

By using fluorescence labeling, though not required, cells can be visualized as they are depleted away from cells of interest during levitation. In this video, see the Calcein AM (green) stained cells move quickly down to the bottom of the separation channel leaving only the CellTracker™ Red stained cells levitating in the top channel.

LeviSelect CD45 Depletion Kits
For oncology or immuno-oncology research, the LeviSelect CD45 Depletion Kits provide a highly effective method for enriching pure tumor cells enabling characterization for drug discovery and biomarker identification. Human or mouse CD45+ cells are depleted from a mixture of cells in parallel with viable cell enrichment on the LeviCell system. CD45+ cells are retained in the LeviCell cartridge, while CD45- cells of interest remain label-free and are collected for further downstream analysis.
