Complete your prep in about 2 hours with only 30 minutes of hands-on time. Stage 1 is cold tissue dissociation with the kit reagents. Stage 2 is a standard three-step LeviCell run (load, levitate, collect) that depletes myelin and RBCs while enriching viable cells in a single levitation.
